Marks and Spencer shoppers are so impressed with a metallic denim skirt that they're snapping it up in both colours. The M&S Denim Foil Metallic Mini Skirt is a summer wardrobe staple with it keeping you cool while bringing some fun sparkle to any event.

The bold skirt comes in two colours - bronze with a silver sheen and indigo with a dark blue gleam - and costs £35. ASOS is selling a similar metallic silver skirt for £28, while River Island has a Beige Metallic Coated Denim Mini Skirt for £35.

The M&S skirt is available in sizes six to 24 and is made from a breathable denim fabric with a metallic foil coating that gives the garment a striking look. It comfortably sits on the waist and fastens with a button and zip for a neat finish.

It has four pockets in total, including two on the front and two on the back, providing space to store your phone, lipstick and any other essentials. The metallic skirt is part of the M&S Collection which comprises easy-to-wear wardrobe staples that combine classic and contemporary styles.

The skirt can be worn dressed down with a pair of trainers or sandals, or dressed up with a pair of heels or wedges. One M&S shopper gave the bronze skirt five stars and explained: "Great skirt. Fits really well and I can't wait to wear it. Nice quality too. I also purchased the one in blue."

Another simply added: "Good fit and colour, stylish, soft denim and easy to wear." They did, however, rate the fit of the skirt as 'a bit large' but rated the length as 'perfect'.

Insider Michelle recently posted a carousel of photos on her Instagram page (marksandspencerireland_michell) of her wearing the denim foil metallic mini skirt in bronze.
