Karen, wow, so cool to see where your career has gone! And I couldn't agree more with your advice on managing your career. The best advice I ever got, and I've shared it so many times over the years, is "You can never know what you'll be doing ten years from now. The only thing you can ever do is the next fun thing." Doing the next fun thing means you trade your most precious resource - your time - for great experience and occasional joy, and that is the very best way to spend your career.
